1. Parties & Platform Identity

Finex Capital Services Private Limited is a financial services consulting and digital marketing company incorporated in Delhi. RupeeSathi operates solely as a lead generation and discovery platform for personal loan and financial product seekers.

2. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing rupeesathi.co.in or submitting the enquiry form, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You are at least 18 years of age, a citizen and resident of India, and possess a valid Indian mobile number.
• All information you submit is accurate, complete, and truthful.
• You voluntarily consent to being contacted by Finex Capital, RupeeSathi, MoneyControl, and/or their Partner lenders via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email — even if your number is registered under the TRAI DND / NDNC registry.
• You are not using the Platform for any commercial, fraudulent, or unlawful purpose.

3. Nature of Services

3.1 Lead Generation & Redirection

RupeeSathi collects your basic loan enquiry details (name, mobile number) through an online form and securely redirects you to the official MoneyControl portal, where Partner Banks and NBFCs can present loan offers based on your profile.

3.2 No Loan Offer or Commitment

3.3 No CIBIL Impact

Visiting RupeeSathi or submitting the enquiry form does not result in any credit bureau enquiry. No hard pull or soft pull of your CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark report is made by RupeeSathi or Finex Capital.

3.4 Digital Advertising Landing Page

This Platform operates as a paid advertising landing page. Ad claims (e.g., "loan in 2 minutes", "zero paperwork") are indicative of the MoneyControl platform's capabilities and represent the best-case scenario for eligible applicants. Actual processing times and eligibility criteria are determined by MoneyControl and Partner lenders.

4. User Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or malicious purpose, or submit multiple enquiries with false identities.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or scrapers to access the Platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code through the Platform.

5. Relationship with MoneyControl & Partner Lenders

• Your interaction with MoneyControl is governed exclusively by MoneyControl's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Any loan contract will be between you and the relevant Partner Bank or NBFC — not with RupeeSathi or Finex Capital.
• RupeeSathi and Finex Capital are not parties to any financial agreement between you and a Partner lender.
• Partner Banks and NBFCs include (but are not limited to): Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, InCred, Fibe, and other RBI-regulated institutions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on rupeesathi.co.in is the exclusive property of Finex Capital Services Private Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use this Platform solely for personal loan enquiry purposes. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The maximum aggregate liability of the Company to you shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand Only).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finex Capital Services Private Limited from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your submission of false or fraudulent information or your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

11. General Provisions

The Company reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of this Platform.
