• Timestamp & Source — recorded automatically for ad attribution and analytics.
• Device & Browser Metadata — IP address, browser type, OS, screen resolution, referral URL — collected automatically via cookies and analytics tools.

3. Explicit Consent

By submitting the enquiry form, you explicitly consent to:

1. Collection and processing of the information listed in Section 2 for the purposes described in Section 4.
2. Sharing your information with MoneyControl and its Partner Banks / NBFCs for loan offer matching and processing.
3. Being contacted by RupeeSathi, Finex Capital, MoneyControl, and/or Partner lenders via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or email — even if your mobile number is registered on the NDNC / Do Not Disturb (DND) registry. This consent is provided voluntarily and constitutes a verifiable opt-in under TRAI regulations.
4. Placement of cookies, remarketing pixels, and tracking technologies on your device for ad measurement and retargeting.
5. Receipt of promotional communications about financial products from RupeeSathi, Finex Capital, and their Partners.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@finexcapital.co.in. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to withdrawal, but may limit our ability to service your enquiry.

• Lead Matching & Referral: To evaluate your self-declared profile and forward your enquiry to MoneyControl and its Partner lenders for loan offer matching.
• Communication & Follow-up: To contact you via call, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your loan enquiry and related financial offers.
• Ad Campaign Attribution & Remarketing: To measure performance of our digital advertising campaigns on Google and Meta, attribute conversions, and show relevant retargeted ads.
• Platform Analytics: To analyse form completion rates and campaign effectiveness in aggregate form.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, court orders, or regulatory directions from TRAI, RBI, MeitY, or any competent authority.

5. Sharing & Disclosure of Your Information

5.1 MoneyControl & RBI-Regulated Partners

Your lead data will be shared with MoneyControl (Moneycontrol Dot Com India Limited) and, through MoneyControl's platform, with their Partner Banks and NBFCs (including but not limited to Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, InCred, Fibe, and other RBI-regulated institutions).

5.2 Advertising & Analytics Partners

We share data (including anonymised or hashed identifiers) with Google LLC (Google Ads, Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Meta Pixel).

5.3 Service Providers

We engage third-party vendors for platform hosting, CRM, and SMS/email delivery. These vendors are bound by data processing agreements.

5.4 Legal Disclosure

We may disclose your information to government agencies, regulatory bodies, courts, or law enforcement when required by applicable law.

10. Governing Law & Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. This Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 years or above. We may update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
